This trail is actually part of the Sjællandsleden (and therefore also the North Sea Trail). The Sjællandsleden is is a major trail on the island Zealand, Sjælland, where Kopenhagen is located.

Møn is connected to the "mainland" by bridge. The island is a popular tourist destination, which does not necessarily mean it is very busy. Main feature of the island are the spectacular white cliffs
